CCYC member Ian Wyllie is about to set out on a solo - but not non stop - Round Britain and Ireland sail to support the Andrew Cassell Foundation. The Foundation helps disabled people reach maximum independence on the water.

Ian’s website is sailingtrilleen.org (http://www.sailingtrilleen.org) and there are more details of his sail there and and a tracking page will activate when he sails.

In part because of his disability, and his wish to avoid creating dangerous pressure to reach particular ports on particular days, he isn’t setting a definite schedule. However the plans are to visit: Portland, Dartmouth, perhaps Torquay, Salcombe, Plymouth, Fowey, Falmouth, perhaps the Helford River, the Scilly Isles. A further update will be issued at or before the Scillies. He will publish expected arrival times on social media when they are known.
